3. Orders
An order is a request to purchase. Confirmation may be done by phone/WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or incomplete address/phone details.
4. Payments
Accepted methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when you receive the order; Online (Razorpay) — UPI, cards, or net banking paid instantly at checkout.
5. Delivery
A delivery fee applies on orders below the free-delivery threshold. Free delivery is available in serviceable areas around Guntur for qualifying orders. See our Delivery Information page for more details.
6. Returns & quality
Perishable goods generally cannot be returned once accepted in good condition. If you receive damaged, spoiled or wrong items, contact us within a few hours of delivery with your order number and a photo — we will replace or refund as appropriate.
